More About Our Van...

 Hey Y'all!

These pics I finally got off the hubby's phone. They were all taken the morning after we brought her home, so no work or cleaning has been done.

We haven't done much more since that first blog-

So far we've:

Purchased the van

Got New Tires

Oil Changed

Car Wash

Checked over everything


We did have an appointment at a local-ish shop to get the work done, but that fell through. We had an 8am appointment, so we dropped the van off overnight, which they said was great. Around 11am Chris tried to call- and it automatically went to a voicemail is full message (no ringing or anything). Around 11:30, and noon he tried again, same thing. So at 1pm we decided we'd have to just drive back over there....

They hadn't even touched it yet, let alone started work. The excuse was overnight drops are "Whenever we can fit them in." We said then what's the appointment for, and they had no answer. They then tried to assure us they'd get to it soon... but had no time on that day, or any idea of when they'd actually have time. We brought up the phone issue, they knew and didn't seem to care, but then said to call to get an appointment if we'd like to in the future... No thanks. We got the keys and brought it home. 


We need:

Radiator flush

Fuel System Cleaned

Vacuum interior- it's been too hot during the day, and by evening we're too tired from preparing the house to sell, and getting yard sale stuff organized to mess with being inside the van.

Plan out our NO BUILD layout - we have a rough idea of how we'd like it to be, but no solid plans

Campground Neighbors (The Good Ones)

Places We've Been/Things We've Done- March & April

 Hey Y'all, So, what have we been doing? Some of it we've shared here in the blog (Like our first Loves RV stay) some we've shared on our social media accounts: linktr.ee/outlandadventures We started out March in NE Ohio, Chris' best friend (more like family really, and that's how we generally refer to them) had just had surgery on his ankle. We visited with them, attended a basketball game, a dance competition, several parks, played bingo, went to Quality Inn with an entire indoor play area with pools, hot tub, mini golf, arcade, and various play areas. I'm sure there was more, but those were the highlights! After we left them we spent a few days in Findley State Park, before heading further west, we spent a night in Delphos, OH... Pretty area, but the weather didn't really cooperate enough to enjoy outdoor recreation. That brings us to April...
