Travel Plans Before #VanLife ??!?

First off Thursday is our Ask US Anything blog, so be sure to leave your questions below!

As you may have read in last weeks blog we decided last minute to take the maiden voyage in our van. It was a very chill campground close (ish) to home, and more about relaxing, and seeing how the van was working out than any real travel plan. We did have a very good time though, and really liked the location. We'll post a video about our experience ASAP. I will say the van is great!

Any other travel plans?

Nothing solid, but definitely some more prep/adjustment camping trip sooner than later. Just have to hammer out the where, then the when. 

Beyond that another Indiana trip is coming soon, sometime this fall. Then our "nephew" in Ohio has decided we're coming there to go Trick or Treating, so Ohio in October. I don't think we'll get to Alabama this year, but we'll see...

Any suggestions for now- September? (Preferably within 2hrs of upper east TN.) Leave them in the comments below!

Places We've Been/Things We've Done- March & April

 Hey Y'all, So, what have we been doing? Some of it we've shared here in the blog (Like our first Loves RV stay) some we've shared on our social media accounts: linktr.ee/outlandadventures We started out March in NE Ohio, Chris' best friend (more like family really, and that's how we generally refer to them) had just had surgery on his ankle. We visited with them, attended a basketball game, a dance competition, several parks, played bingo, went to Quality Inn with an entire indoor play area with pools, hot tub, mini golf, arcade, and various play areas. Our Favorite Places Thus Far (Updated) TOP 5

 Hey Y'all! This is a bit of a filler blog, because while we've been places we've liked nothing so far has beat these five. Honorable mention to the latest museums, we really enjoyed them all. Both Jonesborough, and Greeneville TN are awesome (Lost State of Franklin) and we highly recommend them too.   We've been fortunate to have seen quite a few sights these past few months, here's our top 5!  There were so many cool things, and places coming up with just five favorites was harder than expected. Working from 5, and in order we'll start with... 5)  Athens Veterans Museum - Welcome to the Alabama Veterans Museum and Archives. Our Favorite Things/Places/Experiences This Past Month

 Hey Y'all! We were fortunate to do/see a lot of different places this past month. We traveled from NE Ohio, through OH and KY, where we spent a day in Corbin, and then onto NE Tennessee, we took a few days in Bristol, VA, and spent a week in the great outdoors at the quiet, serene Mammoth Ridge near Greeneville. In-between trips in TN we stayed at my mom's and did the whole doctors appointments and scans thing, again. PLACE- While in Ohio we really had a blast, and there's so much to share there it'll be a couple of videos, very soon. Our favorites were the haunted attractions, and getting to cross another National Park off our list with Cuyahoga Valley National Park . Brandywine Falls History runs deep in the valley, with over 12,000 years of human occupation. From the unwritten stories of pre-contact peoples to the environmental disasters and comebacks of modern times, humans have left an impact on the valley.
