Our New Home Tour- Wildebeest, 1990 E350 Shuttle Bus Conversion

 Hey Y'all,

This blog, and corresponding video, have been quite the work in progress. As I've mentioned before the internet here is very very slow most of the time, so uploading takes a full day. We've also been a bit more busy this past week, the campground owners took a short vacation, so we had more responsibilities and less down time. Then it's been 4th of July prep.

 Everything is going extremely well.

We've finally finished the video:

Uploading is taking forever! I will add the link once it's done, but didn't want to delay the blog any further.

In the process of getting things ready to go we:

Removed the rear table (reused most of the wood for stability)

Relocated and repurposed the center table, creating a kitchen space, TV (laptop) stand, and a desk area

Cleaned the walls and floors (a few times)

Took down, cleaned, and put back the curtains

Added curtains to the main door

Reused 99% of the things we already had, and moved them from the old van, Brunilda

Added ribbon to the window curtains, to create tie backs, so we could easily access the windows (and feel the breeze)

Added screen to aforementioned windows

Built and placed our bed

Cleaned and installed the passenger seat, and seat belts

Hung the room darkening curtains to block the cab when not traveling

Rearranged where we put things 1000 times

Added Welcome mat & rugs

Dreamed about future layouts

...and more

Mechanically:

New Rear Breaks*

Steering Box replaced*

Oil Change

Alternator

New Battery

Starter

Belts

Spark Plugs/Wires

New Head Lights

Bulb Replaced in Tail Tight

Alignment*

*Shop done

She's obviously still a work in progress. We're excited to have a much larger home.

Thanks,

The Outlands
