We won’t pretend it’s all scenic overlooks and peaceful mornings. Sometimes “better” means messy. It means trial-and-error. It means fixing your rig with duct tape in the rain or learning how to live off-grid without going full feral.

But better isn’t about perfect. It’s about true.
And we’ll take real and rugged over polished and boring any day.

How We Made “This, But Better” Our Reality

We were married 22 years before we ever thought about work camping. We liked our life, but something was missing—freedom, adventure, connection. So we hit the road.

Now, we spend our days guiding campers, fixing up rustic cabins, crafting under the stars, and gaming by firelight. The days are longer, the coffee’s stronger, and life? It’s ours again.

You don’t have to do what we did. But you can take a hard look at the life you're living and ask:
What do I love? What can I keep? What can I make better?

Places We've Been/Things We've Done- March & April

 Hey Y'all, So, what have we been doing? Some of it we've shared here in the blog (Like our first Loves RV stay) some we've shared on our social media accounts: linktr.ee/outlandadventures We started out March in NE Ohio, Chris' best friend (more like family really, and that's how we generally refer to them) had just had surgery on his ankle. We visited with them, attended a basketball game, a dance competition, several parks, played bingo, went to Quality Inn with an entire indoor play area with pools, hot tub, mini golf, arcade, and various play areas. I'm sure there was more, but those were the highlights! After we left them we spent a few days in Findley State Park, before heading further west, we spent a night in Delphos, OH... Pretty area, but the weather didn't really cooperate enough to enjoy outdoor recreation. That brings us to April...
