  Hey Y'all! Well, I'm feeling better, and my checkup isn't until late October, so we're on the road again.. We're slowly making our way to Northeastern Ohio. Today we're in Mount Vernon, KY and spent the morning at the  Kentucky Music Hall of Fame & Museum . (It was neat!) Tomorrow we're stopping in-between Cincinnati and Columbus, near a few points of interest. But for now... It became a craft business in 2021, which I disbanded earlier this year. The business side of things wasn't my favorite, even though I had some success at it. I'll still do the occasional special order, but mass making a bulk order was never fun for me, and took the creativity right out of any given project. That coupled with the closure of the store(s) in which I had my items helped solidify the decision to quit the business side of crafting. I'm glad I took the steps to form the business, and I'm glad it's over too. My passions lie in the beauty industry (since 1998) & the Craft industry (since childhood, but truly re-ignited in 2010).  Hey Y'all! I fell a bit behind last week, so let's catch up... 16th Tue-   Update on Our Favorite Gadgets Hey Y'all!! We're sure this list will change the more/longer we're out there, and we'll update you as things change, but for now here's our Top 5! *None of these are affiliate links. In some instances it's just the closet to what we have that we could find, but I still wanted to include a link. 1)  Under Bed Storage - (This is not the exact one we have but was the closest we could find in an online search. I believe ours are from T.J. Maxx or a similar store. They are black, and Velcro closed, the top is not clear.) We've had them for years as under bed storage for larger sweaters, etc. Now, we're each using one for all our clothing and it fits under the front of the bed perfectly.  2)  Blackstone 22in - We got extremely lucky and came across one on clearance at our local Walmart for $55 USD.  Hey Y'all! So, what are we doing? Doctors appointments. Ever heard the saying "We plan, and God laughs."?  I think it applies. We spent the time parked out at my sisters, went to Warriors Path (State Park) one day, I went out with my sister a few times, and my mom a couple of times as well. We dog sat. Then I had my CT Scan, which came back with a spot near my lungs. So I was sent for a PET scan, we then waited for results for what felt like forever...  And sure enough it "lit up". For those not in the know, cancer cells light up (bright yellow) when a PET scan is preformed.   Consultation with the radiology team, and the decision to move forward with the same treatment plan as last time, just a different target area, was made.  My next appointment, for simulation, body markers, etc is July 22nd. So, needless to say our travel plans are pushed back. We could have done Ohio- but really wanted more time than just a week, and PA is on hold as well. Currently we...

 Hey Y'all! We've done several blogs and videos in the past year going over the layout, and our plans, and the processes to get it where it is now. Have I mentioned how much better the bed is now?! (Thanks again Billy!) We realized in going over some of those blogs and videos, we haven't really talked in depth about our storage solutions- so here's that blog, finally! First off we're still using two of  these . We've just changed it up a bit and now store our clothes and bathroom stuff in one, with each of us having our own drawer for clothing, and the bathroom stuff we use most often as well as medication in the top drawer. (This is the one closest to the door.) In the other we have other items we need regularly, but not daily. We like them because they're cheap, easy to clean, not much weight, and fairly durable. I had them in my craft room previously. To adapt them for van life we removed the wheels and secured the drawers from opening with Velcro closure...
