Hey friends!



So… we may have paused our blog posts mid-March. Life, travel, and a little bit of spring daydreaming got the better of us. 

But we’re back, and we’re ready to dive into all the adventures that April has to offer! The roads are warming up, flowers are popping, and there’s no better time to chase quirky roadside attractions, hidden gems, and small-town festivals.

We’re sticking with our usual Tuesday & Thursday posting schedule, because who doesn’t love a little routine in the chaos of travel? Here’s what you can expect from Outland Adventures this month:


Tuesday, April 9 – Spring Campsite Essentials ⛺
Camping in spring comes with its own quirks—think chilly nights and unpredictable weather. We’ll share our go-to gear, snacks, and hacks to make your spring RV nights cozy and fun.

Thursday, April 11 – Small-Town Festivals Worth the Stop 🎉
April is festival season! From parades to pie contests, we’re spotlighting the small towns that know how to celebrate spring.

Tuesday, April 16 – Waterfront Wonders 🌊
Spring means water is calling! We’ll highlight secret lakes, rivers, and quiet spots perfect for paddling, picnicking, or just soaking up the scenery.

Thursday, April 18 – Historic Routes & Hidden Gems 🛣️
Old highways, forgotten towns, and hidden spots you’ll want to add to your bucket list—this post is for the explorers who love history with a side of adventure.

Tuesday, April 23 – Roadside Oddities 🤪
Big statues, oversized objects, and oddities you didn’t know existed—because the road is full of surprises if you keep your eyes open!

Thursday, April 25 – Sunrise & Sunset Spots 🌅
Spring skies are something else. We’re sharing our favorite spots to catch the perfect golden hour for photos, reflection, or just a quiet moment on the road.

Tuesday, April 30 – Spring Wrap-Up Adventure 🌸🛻
April was full of flowers, festivals, and weird roadside wonders. We’ll share highlights, lessons learned, and a few sneak peeks of what May’s adventures might hold.
